For RVKO (Rotterdamse Vereniging voor Katholiek Onderwijs), we developed a comprehensive brand identity and website that embody their mission, values, and commitment to high-quality education. As an organization supporting over 60 schools, RVKO needed a cohesive and future-proof identity that resonated with a diverse range of stakeholders—including school leadership, educators, parents, students, and strategic partners.

A COLLABORATIVE AND INSIGHT-DRIVEN APPROACH

This project was the result of an intensive collaboration with RVKO, where we worked closely to gain a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Through workshops, interviews, and strategic sessions, we ensured that the new brand identity not only reflected RVKO’s core values but also addressed the specific requirements of their schools, staff, and wider network.

A key challenge was ensuring broad adoption of the new identity across the entire organization. By involving key stakeholders throughout the process, we created a brand system that felt both familiar and inspiring—making it easier for schools, educators, and partners to embrace and implement the new identity seamlessly.

A UNIFIED AND FUTURE-PROOF BRAND IDENTITY

We designed a brand identity that is both modern and adaptable, providing a clear, consistent, and professional visual foundation for all communication channels. The new gradients, thoughtful color palette, and contemporary typography create a sense of unity while maintaining warmth and accessibility.

Given RVKO’s extensive network of schools and partnerships, the brand identity needed to be flexible and scalable, allowing for consistent application across different platforms, from official documents and digital communication to physical spaces and educational materials.

A USER-CENTERED DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

The new RVKO website is designed to be intuitive, accessible, and highly functional. With a structured navigation system, a clear content hierarchy, and a fully responsive design, the platform provides an effortless experience for a wide range of users—whether they are parents seeking school information, educators exploring professional development opportunities, or partners looking to collaborate.

By prioritizing usability and accessibility, we ensured that the website serves as both a practical resource and a powerful extension of RVKO’s renewed identity, reinforcing their role as a leader in education.
